Underfloor Heating & Maintenance

Underfloor heating works at a lower flow temperature and spreads heat evenly, which suits open-plan kitchens, extensions and bathrooms — provided the floor build-up, insulation and pipe spacing are designed around the room.

We design and install wet underfloor systems, set up the manifold and controls and integrate them with the existing heating where radiators are staying elsewhere in the property. We also look after systems that are already in the floor: actuators stick, blending valves drift, pumps fail and circuits fill with air — and each of those shows up as a floor that never quite reaches temperature. We service the system, rebalance the circuits and repair the manifold components so the floor heats evenly again.
